Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, the Free plan costs nothing and needs no credit card. You get a monthly allowance of the AI tools, full access to explore every studio, and the community. Need more? Earn extra credits by helping test patterns, or upgrade to Creator or Pro when you're ready to sell.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of your billing period, then you simply move to the Free plan — no lock-out. Your patterns, materials, and projects stay with you, and you can upgrade again anytime to pick up right where you left off.
What happens to my account if I stop logging in?
Your work is yours, and we'll never delete it without warning. If you don't log in for a while, we'll send friendly reminders (around 3 and 6 months). After 9 months your account is archived as read-only and we email you an export link; after 12 months of no activity it's permanently deleted. Just log in anytime to reset the clock and keep everything.
Do you offer refunds?
Free is free, so there's nothing to lose by trying it. For paid plans, see our refund policy, and you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
