1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Amigurumake ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create and upload to the Platform, including crochet patterns, images, community posts, and product listings. By posting content on Amigurumake, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform as necessary to operate the service.

You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload and that it does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.

4. AI-Generated Content

Amigurumake offers AI-powered features including inspiration image generation, pattern translation, bio generation, and trend analysis. Content generated by AI tools is provided "as-is" for your personal and commercial use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and adapting AI-generated content before using it in your projects or for commercial purposes.

5. Community Guidelines

When using our community features, you agree to:

• Treat other users with respect and kindness
• Not post content that is abusive, harassing, or threatening
• Not share copyrighted patterns or content without permission
• Not use the community to spam or promote unrelated services
• Report content that violates these guidelines

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Testers Call

Our Testers Call feature allows community members to peer-test patterns. Testing is a community-driven process and does not constitute a professional guarantee of pattern accuracy or completeness. Amigurumake is not liable for errors in tested patterns.

7. Pricing & Marketplace Tools

Amigurumake provides pricing calculators, market comparison tools, and listing optimization features to help you price and sell your handmade products. These tools are advisory only. Amigurumake is not a marketplace, does not process transactions, and is not responsible for any sales or pricing decisions you make.

8. Subscription & Billing

Amigurumake offers a paid monthly subscription plan that unlocks access to premium features. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel
• You authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period
• Pricing may change with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance
• Lemon Squeezy handles all tax compliance, invoicing, and payment processing as the Merchant of Record

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases, though we may retain certain data as required by law or described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Amigurumake is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
